Our State Park Story

In May of 2022, I devised a plan. Well, not so much devised as happened to think about. And not so much of a plan as a vague idea. The idea I started to think about was to visit each and every state park in the state of Wisconsin.

My wife and I had already visited a few of them after a friend of ours gifted us a state park admission sticker a couple of years earlier. So, I figured we were well on our way to attaining a goal such as visiting all 48 (or so) of the Wisconsin state parks.

Since we don’t plan to hike in winter, we estimate that it’ll take us about 3 years to complete this task. So, if it’s not 2024 yet, come back in the fall of that year (or sooner) to see how we’re doing.
